আজ বারাকপুর কোর্ট এ আমি (রাজর্ষি ঘোষ ) মিউচুয়াল ডিভোর্স পেলাম। All Bengal Men’s Forum এর Paneled Advocate আমার কেসগুলো দেখছিলেন। দিদি, অর্জুনদা এবং সকল সদস্যরা পাশে থাকার জন্য অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ। সবাই ভালো থাকবেন। 🙏🙏

আমি একজন পুরুষ । নাম প্রকাশে অনিচ্ছুক কলকাতার বাসিন্দা। অল বেঙ্গল মেনস ফোরাম এ এসেছিলাম একদম এক অন্যরকম সমস্যা নিয়ে। আমি অবিবাহিত। একটি মেয়ে আমায় বিয়ে করার জন্য খুব চাপ দিতে থাকে যদিও তার সঙ্গে আমার কোন প্রেমজ সম্পর্ক কোনদিন ছিলনা। বিরক্ত করা এমন পর্যায় পৌঁছয় যে আমি প্রায় আত্মহত্যার কথা ভাবতে শুরু করেছিলাম । এমতাবস্থায় আমি অল বেঙ্গল মেনস ফোরাম এর খবর পাই ও অফিসে আসি।

ওঁনারা আমাকে ওঁনাদের Pannel Advocate এর সঙ্গে কথা বলিয়ে আমার Local থানায় Complain Lodge করান। নানান ঝামেলার পর আজ থানায় আমাদের দুজনকে ডাকা হয়েছিল। মেয়েটিকে বলা হয়েছে আমায় আর বিরক্ত না করার জন্য।

আমি দেবজ্যোতি সাধুখাঁ। অল বেঙ্গল মেনস ফোরাম এ আসার পর ব্যারাকপুর কোর্টে ( আমার কেস ওখানেই ছিল ) আমাদের ABMF এর Paneled Lawyer গতকাল আমার Mutual Divorce ফাইল করলেন। আর 125 CRPC ও Money Execution এর মামলা দুটো Withdraw করে নেওয়া হল। ওঁনার কাছে কৃতজ্ঞ।

আর দিদি, অর্জুন দার সবার কাছে আন্তরিক ভাবে কৃতজ্ঞ পুরো সময়টা পাশে সময়টা পাশে থাকার জন্য। ABMF জিন্দাবাদ ।

অমি রাকেশ মুনশি (এখন ABMF-এর একজন কো-অর্ডিনেটর), শেষ ৮ মাস হলো আমি ABMF-এর সাথে যুক্ত। ২০২০ সালে আমার ও আমার পরিবারের নামে একটি মিথ্যে ৪৯৮এ ও ১২৫ সিআরপিসি মামলা হয়। তখন আমি আমার লোকাল এক অ্যাডভোকেটের কাছে গিয়ে সব বলি এবং তাকে মামলাটি হ্যান্ডওভার করি।

প্রথমদিকে কিছু না বোঝার জন্য যেমন পরিচালনা করছিলেন, তেমনই সব মেনে শুনছিলাম তার কথা। কিন্তু যত দিন যাচ্ছিল আর ABMF-এর সাথে সময় কাটছিল, তত বুঝতে পারছিলাম আমাকে ভুল পথে পরিচালনা করা হচ্ছে। তখন আমি তাকে বলি একবার আমাদের মেন্স ফোরামের অফিসে আসতে, তিনি বহুবার যাওয়ার কথা দিয়েও আসেননি এবং আমার কেসের সব ডকুমেন্ট না দেওয়ার নানারকম চেষ্টা করেছেন।

যখন দেখলেন আমি তাকে নানা রকম প্রশ্ন করা শুরু করেছি, তখন হঠাৎ করেই যেন আমার কেসের তারিখগুলো দ্রুত আসতে শুরু করলো। এরপর দেখলাম আমার কোর্টে যে কথাগুলো বলার… যা যা ডকুমেন্ট দেওয়ার কথা ছিল, কিছুই তিনি করেননি। আকাশ ভেঙে পড়ল যখন খুব অল্প সময়ে আমার ১২৫ কেসের আর্গুমেন্টের তারিখ চলে এলো… যেখানে আমার অ্যাডভোকেট বলেছিলেন এরকম হওয়ার কোনো চান্সই নেই।

আমি সবটা MRA অনির্বাণ দাকে জানাই… এবং তাদের সাহায্যে আমাকে ABMF-এর প্যানেলড লইয়ারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করানো হয়। একেবারেই অসম্ভব ধরনের একটা কেস ছিল। আমার আর্গুমেন্টের জন্য একটু সময় পাওয়া যায়। আমার বর্তমান লইয়ারের মানসিকতা আর লড়াইয়ের মনোভাব আমাকে আমার পরের জয়ের জন্য অনুপ্রেরণা জাগায়। সামনে আমার কেসের তারিখ পড়েছে, জানি আবার সেই জয়ের স্বাদ পাবো… মুখ তুলে দাঁড়াতে পারবো অন্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে…

আমাকে এরকম সাহস যুগিয়েছে একমাত্র ABMF। আমাদের ABMF-এর অনেক মেম্বাররা ক্রমাগত আমার খোঁজ নিয়েছিলেন। আমি বলে বোঝাতে পারবো না যে আমার ফ্যামিলি মেম্বারদের থেকেও তারা কিছু কম আমাদের পাশে দাঁড়াননি। সবসময় পাশে থাকার অঙ্গীকার শুধু ABMF-এই পাওয়া যায়।

থ্যাঙ্ক ইউ খুব ছোট শব্দ আমাকে সাপোর্ট করার জন্য।

Dear All,

I am Shinjan Sanyal, WhatsApp group member of ABMF, Kolkata.

August 2023 my parents went to your office for assistance as my wife filed a suit for divorce along with a petition for Alimony.

Nandini Madam at ABMF advised my parents for required steps and referred us to contact their Panneled Lawyer.

Myself discussed with him and requested him to represent my case. He agreed and the court proceedings started from September 2023.

There were several hearings happened in court during year 2024 and up to mid-2025.

Ultimately, with the intelligence and representation skills of ABMF Panneled Lawyer the Alimony petition was DISMISSED by honourable court on 11.08.2025.
